Shipping policy

At The Tail&Claw Shop, we aim to make delivery clear and straightforward.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free for products in our current catalogue. Most orders arrive within 14 days after processing, although delivery may take up to 28 days depending on the destination, customs, postal disruptions, holidays or other external factors. Any alternative paid delivery option, when available, is shown at checkout before payment.

Split shipments
Products may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged an additional standard delivery fee when an order is split, and tracking details may be provided separately for each package.

Order tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.

Delays
Tracking updates can occasionally take time to appear. If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will help you check its status.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.
