The Tail & Claw Shop began in a busy, pet-filled home and grew from one simple idea: everyday care should feel easier for people and better for the animals they love.

Meet Ana

Hi, I’m Ana — a mum of two and pet parent to three dogs, two rats, five African land snails and a lively school of fish. Sharing life with different animals has taught me that thoughtful details matter: a more comfortable walk, meaningful enrichment, a calmer routine or a practical tool can make a real difference.

Why I Created The Tail & Claw Shop

I wanted a place where pet parents could discover practical, considered products for the many small moments that shape an animal’s day — walking, playing, resting, feeding, travelling and exploring.

Every pet is different, so our aim is not to offer one-size-fits-all answers. We help owners find useful options and encourage them to choose according to their pet’s species, size, age and individual needs.
